Return Policy: All orders ship from Lithuania via regular, untracked Lithuania Post unless stated otherwise. If you would like tracking, please place your order with a note requesting tracking and we will contact you to arrange additional payment.

Shipping charges are automatically combined on orders with more than one item. Orders including both available and pre-order items will be shipped once all items become available. Separate orders for pre-order items will be combined when possible and we will refund any excess shipping charges.

If you believe that your parcel has been lost, we advise you to please check if it is being held at your local delivery centre before contacting us. Parcels have been returned to us in cases where the customer did not receive notification from their local postal service of their parcel being held at a local post office or pickup point.
